Upper Level of Villa
The stylishly designed upstairs level has sleeping provision for
five people and is ideal for winter bookings or for additional space when the villa is booked for
parties of up to 10 people.
This level comprises of a lounge
and breakfast kitchen with a breakfast bar and two bedrooms and bathrooms.
The lounge is marble floored and
is equipped with a log burning fire for extra warmth and ambience on winter nights. The air conditioning units can provide both hot & cold air. Leather sofas provide comfort,
and a 32" flat screen TV, along
with DVD and a music centre are provided for your entertainment.
The lounge has both north and south aspects, with mountain views from the front and the swimming pool, terraces and gazebo bar from the rear.
The lounge opens up onto a large balcony, which again overlooks the pool and terraces.
The balcony is furnished with a large outdoor table and chairs and is ideal for alfresco dining or for nightcap under the stars.
The master suite for the upper level
has a kingsize bed and has double, fully
fitted glass wardrobes, plus air conditioning
units, which provide either hot or cold air.
The ensuite bathroom to the master suite, has a large walk in shower with a glass brick feature wall, a 'His & Hers' vanity unit with marble counter top and splashbacks plus a WC .
The upper level kitchen has access onto the balcony overlooking the pool and is equipped with fully fitted units, a breakfast bar, oven & hob, a fridge/freezer, kettle & toaster, a microwave and a filtered, drinking water tap.
The bathroom for the second bedroom comprises a washbasin with vanity unit, along with marble counter top & splashbacks,
plus a WC and shower
The second bedroom in the upper apartment is a triple room with bunk beds and a single. The room has double, full length fitted glass wardrobes, along with an airconditioning unit
