The villa is a self catering accommodation and is equipped upon arrival with
bed linen, bathroom hand & bath towels and kitchen tea towels.

Professional gardening & pool maintenance provided weekly
Private pool: The pool and garden are south facing and so receive daylong sunshine. The pool is accessed by roman steps and the shallow end is app:1mtr. The deep end is app: 2.5 metres. Professional pool cleaning is provided weekly.
Gazebo lounge area & bar : Furnished with comfortable lounge seating & coffee table, bar & bar stools, sink & bin
BBQ: The BBQ is conveniently situated next to the pool and tiled Andulucian table & seating set
Outside lighting:Terrace and exterior pool lighting
Outside shower: Perfect for cooling down & rinsing off creams and oils before swimming

Air conditioned (hot or cold) The villa has Air Conditioning facilities on both levels, with AC units in all bedrooms and both lounges. The booking price
inludes a generous fair usage allowance to cover expected normal requirements and to ensure enviromentally friendly operation.

Four bathrooms:Two upstairs and two downstairs with 3 being ensuite
Two Lounges One up and one down - both with leather sofas, dining tables, large LCD TVs, DVD & video players, both furnished with quality furniture, 32" Plasma TVs with HDMI connection for games consoles available in each lounge showing both Spanish and limited British channels. DVD player & DVDs suitable for the entire family: Available in each lounge, Stereo: Available in each lounge & Gazebo Bar, Books & magazines in both lounges
Two Kitchens: One up and one down - Both fully fitted and equipped with Oven & Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle, Fridge freezer, Crockery, cutlery & cooking utensils. Dishwasher & Washing machine: both available in downstairs kitchen
Cot: 1 available for each level & can be provided free of charge for infants up to a maximum of 18 months old with cot linen provided, High Chair & changing mat also available
Iron & Ironing board: Available on each level

Safety: Smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher are fitted on each level, Emergency life belt in place by poolside, safety depsoit box & CCTV

Prices
During the high season; July & August only the full villa option is available.
This is for a maximum of 9 persons. A further 2 infants under 18 months old can be accommodated with cots available on request.

If dates span two tariff bands then the cost is calculated on a pro-rata basis
Low season extended stays are available with discounted rates on application.
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is required to secure a booking.
The balance along with a security deposit of £250 for 1 level
or £400 for the full villa, is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
The security deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no
breakages, loss, damage or breaches of the maximum occupancy conditions.
For departures within 8 weeks the full amount is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation refunds up to 8 weeks before departure – No cancellation charge
4-8 weeks – 50% of amount paid refunded
2-4 weeks – 25% of amount paid refunded
Less than 2 weeks – No refund
Bookings for hen & stag parties or for groups of under 25s can not be taken
as the property is situated in a residential area
